Life Connexion Network

Meeting together and encouraging one another. Hebrews 10:25

You are important!

Your life matters, and we care about what happens to you!

Life Connexion is a small-group network bringing together followers of Jesus Messiah with similar interests. We want to encourage you and be here for you.

Men's Connexion

Our Men’s Connexion is for survivors of alcohol and drug addiction. Join us online or in person.

Feel free to talk about what’s been going on in your life; your challenges, your victories and your prayer requests. Step into your week with renewed confidence and encouragement!

Nik Croker

Nikolas is the host of our first Men’s Connexion group.  As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Nikolas focuses on teaching and in-home care. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to start his own nursing foot care practice in 2019.

Nikolas is also experienced in caring for those struggling with mental health and addictions, since he himself graduated from a Christian addiction recovery program, and then worked as a staff member and mentor after graduation.

Women's Connexion

Our Women’s Connexion is a meeting place for creative leaders and entrepreneurs. You’re passionate about serving others with your gifts and calling, but you need personal support as well.

In a small group, you’ll be free to be yourself–to share your experiences, your dreams, your questions. You’ll support each other with understanding, prayer and positive feedback. Come and join us, and know that you’re not alone.

Cynthia Sugar

Cynthia is a mentor and life coach to leaders, and the founder of Life Connexion Network.

For many years, she’s had a passion for creating a safe haven, where each person is heard, affirmed, valued, encouraged, and nurtured emotionally, mentally and spiritually. She spent twenty years as a pastoral counsellor to young men in addiction recovery, and thirty years as a mentor and life coach to women and young adults.

How it works
1
Video Conferencing and In Person

Zoom and other video conferencing tools have opened up the way for us to meet friends from anywhere, anytime! So, other than time zones and work schedules, there’s no restrictions on when we meet.  When members live locally to one another, we can meet in person.

2
Membership

Groups are generally comprised of 4 to 6 members, with a mutually agreed upon commitment to meet weekly or bi-weekly for an hour or two.

3
Meeting Agenda

Depending on the needs and interests of each group, the agenda will include practical tips for personal growth, and development of ministries, businesses, and careers. The majority of time will be focused on personal sharing, prayer support, and feedback from the group.

If you’re interested in joining us, and you would like more information, please get in touch. We look forward to hearing from you!
